This was the very first Running Y Ranch Resort promotional piece. The first manager of the resort came to me as he wasn't from this area, and his phone sales staff wasn't from this area, needing a piece that would bring everybody up to speed fast. I did a massive search for the right photos, wrote poetic prose for it and closely supervised its design. It was published and within a month the Running Y sold completely out of their first lot offerings!!!!
